Who is responsible for your information

Primary Practice Plus is the controller of information submitted through this website. You can contact us at primarypracticeplus@gmail.com.

What we collect

When a parent or carer requests the free sample, we collect their email address, their answer to the printed-pack research question, whether they actively selected the optional marketing checkbox, and the submission date and time. We also retain a short-lived, non-reversible security hash to limit automated or repeated abuse. We do not ask for or collect children's information.

Why we collect it and our lawful basis

We use the submission information to provide and manage the requested sample, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and understand genuine demand for a complete printed pack. We rely on our legitimate interests for these limited purposes. We use an email address for occasional resource and pack updates only when the separate optional checkbox is actively selected; the lawful basis for that use is consent.

Choosing not to consent to marketing does not prevent the sample download.

How the information is stored

Submissions are stored in a private, server-side Cloudflare D1 database used by this website. Cloudflare provides website hosting and database infrastructure as our processor. Information is not placed in browser local storage, public code, a public spreadsheet or a publicly accessible results page.

How long we keep it

Research submissions and contact records are normally retained for up to 24 months after the most recent interaction, then deleted or anonymised unless there is a legal reason to keep them longer. Short-lived anti-abuse records are removed after 24 hours. Marketing contact details are removed sooner if consent is withdrawn, subject to keeping only the minimal suppression record needed to respect that request.

Sharing and international processing

We do not sell personal information. Cloudflare processes information to host and secure the website and database. Its infrastructure may process information outside the United Kingdom using appropriate contractual and legal safeguards. If a separate email service is used for future marketing, this policy will be updated before consented contacts are transferred.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, object to processing, or receive a portable copy. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting us at the address above; withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful use. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Marketing emails

The free sample does not automatically subscribe anyone to marketing. Before any marketing messages are sent, the selected email platform must provide a working unsubscribe facility. Withdrawals and unsubscribes will be reflected in the active marketing-contact records.
